Strategy
By performing a deep Benchmark of the Brand and the Competition we found that the main problem was that the brand was suffering a significant decrease in the engagement rate in its different social channels. The main reason was that its content was too corporate and not well adapted to the Spanish market.
To solve this problem, we proposed to change the tone and style of the publications in both copy and images. In terms of copy, we worked on a younger, fresher, more urban, more complicit and sparkling language without losing the corporate tone.
In terms of image, we proposed to give a visual aspect that showed a strong attitude, that humanized the brand and that gave the brand a trendy, modern personality, very similar to our target and in which we could integrate the product in a natural way.
Activation actions
After an in-depth study of the content and its Engagement results, we decided to modify the frequency and type of content, giving much more weight to audiovisual formats (stories, videos, reels), sweepstakes, surveys, community-generated content (UGC), a careful content strategy based on influencers and reducing the excessive weight of offers and corporate content.
In this way we achieve social networks that are much friendlier and closer to the fans.
